Exam Certification Problem

I no longer have access to my old email I used to purchase order, after i lost its access i then changed my old email to another in training and accessed my training but now at the time of exam, i am getting that i have made no purchases from the email.
What should I do?

Do you remember the email name atleast? if yes then try to gain access by clicking forget password or by other methods. If not then try to contact Bolt Iot via email so that they can add your purchase to new email id or similar sort of thing.
