Firmware update is not starting even after waiting for 3 minutes

My bolt device is showing both blue and green lights but when I try to update the firmware, nothing is happening. It is saying to wait till the LEDs stop blinking, but it did not even start to blink.

Try to restart the computer or mobile and then try to download

Tried that. Still the same problem.

I had the same problem. I reconnected the bolt device and then it worked.

i’m facing the same problem now
my firmware versiom is 1.3.0

Actually, I didn’t update again. My version is still 1.3.0 and I could complete the course with that.

Check the setup it should have to blink at start
Then u when connect bolt device to pc with internet then it automatically update firm 1.3.0 to 1.3.1
