Green LED not glowing after setup copletion

After completion of setup, Green LED of cloud is not getting ON. Also, the device is in offline state as per dashboard. Please find attached screenshot.

Hi @sayalishingare96 Can you click on the 3 dots in the actions column and check if the Network name matches the SSID of your WiFi Network?

@sayalishingare96 Make sure the Bolt app on your phone is linked with the WiFi Network which is further linked with the Bolt WiFi module

If the green LED doesn’t glow it means that there is not internet connection. Ensure there is proper internet connection. Otherwise, try connecting to another network.

If the green LED is not glowing after the setup completion, it could be due to several reasons:

  1. Incorrect wiring: Make sure that the wiring is correct and matches the instructions provided with the setup. Incorrect wiring can cause the green LED to not glow.
  2. Power supply issues: Check the power supply and make sure that it is connected properly. If the power supply is not providing enough power, the green LED may not glow.
  3. Faulty LED: It’s possible that the green LED is faulty or damaged. Try replacing the LED with a new one to see if that solves the issue.
  4. Configuration issues: If the setup involves a software component, make sure that the configuration is correct. Check the software documentation and make sure that the configuration is set up correctly.
  5. Software issues: If the setup involves a software component, there may be an issue with the software itself. Check the software documentation and see if there are any known issues or bugs. Try updating or reinstalling the software to see if that resolves the issue.
