Green light glowing but phone not connected to device

The green light glows as soon as I plug it in without getting recognized on my phone.
I remove it and plug it again too try to connect to the device but again the green light pops up after one blue blink.

When the green light is off it means the bolt device is not connected to the cloud, please check your router or hotspot internet connection where you are trying to connect your bolt device .

Listen up, make sure that your laptop’s wifi and the bolt wifi module are connected to same hotspot.
You are going to use the bolt app using your mobile data.Hope this small information is usefull.

i think you already connected the device before to your router so it automatically connected to the cloud with out mobile… so you might reinstalled the app in mobile … now add device again to your mobile
----> make sure to turn off the router first
-----> add device in mobile after it detected in mobile turn on the router and connect

Sometime it happens . Just power off the the bolt device and reconnect it . There is nothing to wary about it .

I tried that multiple times. The bolt name still doesn’t show up on the devices list.

Still not working. The green light still glows before I even start or open my bolt iot app on the mobile.

They are but it’s still not connecting. The green light indicates already connected but the device name does not pop up on my bolt iot app on my mobile.

Internet connection is same for the bolt device and my mobile. How does the green light pop up even before I open the Bolt IoT app on my mobile? As soon as I plug the bolt device, The blue light blinks for just 2 seconds and then both the blue and green start glowing.

Sir please,
Just click on power button symbol which will ask you to log off our bolt id from phone and than sir just log in it again and select on high accuracy .
