HELPPP (Not able to connect)

I was working with bolt module. I reconnected and the green light stop and blue light starts blinking slowing.

I tired everything disconnected the device from account and tired to setup again but sometimes it gets connected to bolt app and shows error after that.

Any help would be appreciated .

please check your internet connection or you may connect the device not tightly,you can check that connection also.

Check your internet connection. Maybe you’ve entered the wrong WiFi password. Please try the setup process once again with the correct WiFi credentials.
Check if your WiFi Router works at 2.4GHz. Bolt does not support 5GHz at the moment.
or you can try connecting using the bolt hotspot incase it still doesn’t work.
