Hi, you can record with your normal camera app use earphones if your voice isn’t recording the device and working should be visible

I think you are recording for Web development internship project? If you are on windows, use a software like https://www.bandicam.com/ .

No need to show your face in code explanation, it would be preferred for the video review task, but not mandatory.
