How to Access the video of training

I have enrolled but when I click on the video it does not start playing. It displays the loading symbol only. I have checked the internet connection and the internet speed is fine.

Install the Chrome browser on your mobile phone and open the trainings.boltiot.com on your mobile browser and check if the videos are working over there. Also, check if you have installed the latest version of chrome.

Also, can you share your current browser name and version? I will forward this issue to our platform partner.

you should go to through the website (www.cloud.boltiot.com) and sign in with your id and the same password which you typed before the course to log in.Even you access your profile by google id which is below the screen.

and to access your video first go to the right corner of your bolt iot page and click the symbol near your email id. and now click your account and then type the training topic which is the last topic on the left hand side on your screen (if you are in PC or Laptop)

then you go through the link via enrolling me.and sing in there then type go to the course and its over…you will in your course…THANK YOU

I didn’t get access for the training

Please any one replay I don’t know anything about it, how to access training I received training kit through cod, but I didn’t get access code yet

After purchasing first time when i clicked on go to coarse it opens a new tab to enroll now. after clicking on enroll now option as per the video it should redirect me to log in page but it redirects me to purchase a new kit. but i already have a kit arrived today.

Hi @kolarrmgvd111, after you received the kit it usually two days for them to confirm that you have the kit. So I suggest you to wait for 2 days and than also if you have no mail from them with the access code than write them the email and attached the photo of the kit you have received.

i have waited for more than two days. my payment status is paid from the very first day.

i too faced this problem once then i made shoetcut from chrome so that i can easily go on to the website and continue my trainning from where i left

Install the bolt app and check the mail u get the conformation mail.
