How to send data value from server to bolt cloud to create plot

I want to create a real-time graph on bolt cloud using the data which is on my ubuntu server. So how could I send my data values from my ubuntu server to the bolt cloud server?

@namdev.1 Currently, you cannot send the data on your server to the Bolt Cloud. Only the Bolt devices can send the data to the Bolt Cloud.
