I connected my bolt and laptop to a mobile hotspot and then found out the ip address of bolt(which was shown on my mobile) and then entered the ip_address/developer for led control but the page is not opening.
We have faced this problem with lot of mobile hotspots. The Mobile OS at times block loading pages.
Request you to connect it via a WiFI Router.
