I am not getting connected by the bolt app in my android device by the instruction I also turn on my locations but not getting connected

location points should be on high accuracy mode.

As suggested by @63spsingh the location mode should be set to High Accuracy. Please set it and then try to setup the device.

Do revert back if you still face any problem.

Actually , WiFi is not connecting in app but it is connecting on the mobile device by the password bolt1234 …
Note:-the WiFi band must be 2.4ghz so I set it 2.4 ghz from 5 GHz as default set up in my phone previously …
After connecting WiFi on phone then it is showing in the app but when I go to connect it is showing warning

to set up the WiFi 2.4 but I already did it

you have to first turn on any hotspot with wpa/wpa2 security then go for the process only.
may be in worst case you have to do 2 or 3 times

if you have a wifi it will be easy to connect to the bolt cloud but if you dont have it then you have to use another phone and connect to its hotspot it will solve your problem.

the same problem is showing when i try to connect my device. please help
