I am unable to connect my Bolt IoT Device with the Bolt Cloud App

I connected my device with the Bolt IoT cloud about 6 months ago but even after connecting with the WiFi module today The Status bar shows “Not Connected”

Try using correct password while connecting and use stable wifi source while connecting because in my case even my college wifi was not able to connect to wifi module.

I see that your Bolt device with ID BOLT13167572 is associated with the email address shouvik2banerjee@gmail.com. Could you please provide the status of the LED indicators on your Bolt WiFi Module?

If you find that the Blue LED is either stable or blinking slowly, and the Green LED is not illuminated, you may need to follow the same steps for the WiFi setup as you did previously. For detailed instructions, you can refer to https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/setting-up-the-bolt-wifi-module.

Then you may refer to https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/setting-up-the-bolt-wifi-module and follow the steps and do the Wifi Setup of the device.

now its connected with green light constant.

This problem occurs when you use any ad blocker in your browser. This case is mostly with the Brave browser. I request you to disable adblocker presence in your browser or use a different browser. You won’t get any error then.
