Apologies for the inconvenience. Sometimes it takes a little longer for the training to be activated in cash on delivery orders. I have taken this to the team and we’ll fix the issue as soon as possible.
@samriddhi6369 Apologies for the delay. We did run into an issue with one of the automation that used to give out training access for COD orders and we identified and fixed it. You should receive the training access by now. Do let me know if you haven’t yet.
