The blue and green lights are stable in the wifi module but it’s not showing anything in the bolt iot app and in bolt cloud account it’s always says to download bolt app which i have already downloaded.what to do in this case?

This issue generally happens when during the Wifi Setup of the device when we choose the intended network to which we want to connect our Bolt Device to and enter password it gets connected to the network and while proceeding to the next screen wherein the device gets linked to the account we might have to turn ON the mobile which most of them don’t do it and go back at this stage.
You will have to follow the entire setup process.
You may share your Device ID and the Email ID to which it has to be linked to so that we will do it from our end.
Which device id and how can i find the device id?
When you were trying to do the Wifi Setup, You had clicked on Open Wifi Settings and tried to connect the Bolt prefixed network right.
That is the Bolt Device ID which is required for us to link it to your account.

I have linked the Device BOLT15316292 to the Email id versha03may2001@gmail.com. Now you should be able to view the device in the Dashboard.
Unlink the device with the product and again link it to the same product.
