i have applied for return and pick up requested date was on 18/09/2023
but no one came to pick the kit up . kindly look into it as soon as possible

Reverse pickup was not raised due to some reason. We have scheduled a pickup and the refund will be processed once we receive the kit.

Apologies for the delayed response.
We are currently experiencing an issue with the reverse pickup process. The kit status has been showing as “in transit” since the 23rd. Rest assured, we are investigating this matter, and we will reorganize the reverse pickup at the earliest possible.
Kit is delivered at our office today. We will process your refund today. The amount will be transferred to your account within 2-5 working days.
