When am trying to verify my identity card in digital ocean, It is showing some error are message like no documents detected and make sure all the document is in photo even though I have updated the photo.
Please send the email to Digital Ocean support team https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/. I will suggest you to use vmware/virtualbox instead as mentioned in the training.
