Instead of ubuntu if is it possible to do code in pycharm?

Ubuntu is an Operating System but Pycharm is an IDE. If you are using windows , you can enable Linux Subsystem and use terminal like in Ubuntu server.

Yes @rishidutta795 you can use Pycharm IDE to code and run the training projects
