I received a certificate stating completion of training on Internet of Things and Machine Learning with 76% .
Will I get a separate Internship Certificate or this certificate is a course completion and Internship both ?

Internship and training both are different. You got a certificate regarding course completion. If you want internship certificate you must be hired by Bolt Iot which may involve interview round and other aspects
I completed my internship on web development. I also uploaded feedback video 2 weeks back but still didn’t get the internship certificate.
