i understood how to create a droplet in digital ocean but my digital ocean account is not enabling me to create. it does not showing options to create a droplet. I had completed with my registration process.Please! explain me about further process

You have to verify your email id on Digital Ocean and then you have to link your debit card to your digital ocean account.
I will suggest you to use VirtualBox/VMware for running your python program as it is explained in the next topic.
Do let me know in case you need any other information.
Instead of using digital Ocean,it is easy to use Vmware.Digital Ocean account registration will be time consuming.
