Issue regarding certification

Sir,
I received 84 % marks in the certification test still i received a mail saying not eligible for the certification test . I hope you will resolve my issue as soon as possible since i need to submit the certificate in the college latest by 22nd June ,2023.

Hi @rutuja.ug Due to a syncing issue, your properties did not sync into our backend. I have manually updated them and enrolled you into the certificate generation workflow. You should receive the certificate by now. Do confirm the same.
