Issue with Bolt Cloud green LED

So I’ve looked at many solutions of issues regarding this but none of them seem to work.
I’ve connected my Bolt module successfully to my home Wifi network and I’m using the same network for my PC so the internet connection is pretty stable.

The Blue LED is glowing stable on the device but the Green LED does not glow at all.
I don’t know how to remove the device’s current WiFi connection and start the process again, since when I click on disconnect from the Cloud website, it shows Firmware needs to be updated.

I’m confused as to how I can fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated !

Do try to refer the steps as mentioned in “Getting Started with the IoT Cloud” section.
It says the following:

Replace <HOTSPOT_NAME> with the name of your phone’s hotspot and replace <HOTSPOT_PASSWD> with the password of your hotspot.

Command:

<IP_ADDR>/wifiSetup?ssid=<HOTSPOT_NAME>&password=<HOTSPOT_PASSWD>

Now your Bolt will be restarted and will connect to your phone’s hotspot. Now, the BLUE and GREEN LED should be ON and stable on your Bolt.

Do trying this one and hope you get the result done.

Thank you, the issue was solved. Turns out the WiFi range wasn’t enough for the Cloud to finish setting up.
