Issue with the module it is not connencting

Sir I am not able to add my module to my phone and it is saying to change your frequency but how can I change my WiFi frequency so plz reply fast or else return the product

you can change your WiFi frequency by logging in to your WiFi account and changing it from 5GHz to 2.4GHz . Many of the WiFi will automatically be working in 2.4GHz , if not You can change it.

Hello Srikanth, you can change the wifi frequency to 2.4 GHz by following the above steps:

  1. Enter the IP address in your Internet browser.
  2. Leave the user field empty and use admin as the password.
  3. Select Wireless from the menu.
  4. In the 802.11 band selection field, you can select 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.

You can also get the IP by typing ipconfig/all in the cmd.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error that you are getting? It could be a warning that the App shows so that you don’t connect to 5GHz network.

We shall instruct you further once you provide the screenshot. Also, you can try connecting the device to hotspot of any mobile other than the one on which you have the Bolt App.
