on my bolt cloud platform it is showing device is offline,how to connect it to get green led on through my college wifi with proxy?

Maximum of college wifi have higher range of frequency of connection , but for bolt device to get connected you need 2.7GHz of hotspot. So home wifi can be used but college wifi cant be or is very dangerous to use for the bolt module. I’ll suggest to use an extra phone to create hotspot and connect to it.
In that case you need to ask your college IT department to give access to the site as their firewall might be preventing the module from connecting or use your personal hotspot for setting up.
