Is the module connected to the bolt cloud?

Follow the course module sequentially all details are their and it starts with basic only.

Yes @noronhanathan. The module is connected to the bolt but i m unable to configure product after linking it

Check if the the device status is online on cloud.boltiot.com/home/
If it is online then just go into the products tab;make a new product,name it,and then click on configure this product.
