WHILE I OPENED MY KIT AND UNPACKED MY WIFI MODULE I FOUND THAT INPUT SUPPLY PORT IS LOOSE AND IT IS NOT SOLDERED PROPERLY AND THE USB CABLE IS NOT MATCHING ACCORDINLY TO THE PORT,WHILE SWITCHED ON THE MODULE ,I DIDN’T GET AND LED SIGNALS AND AFTER SOME TIME BY TIGHTING THE USB CABLE I JUST GOT A GLIMSE OF DISPLAY,SO PLEASE REVERT ME BACK ASAPtext
Hi @sangameshwaragowrish don’t worry… can you send picture of the bolt module which you received.
If the bolt wifi module is not starting try the following things:-
- change the USB cable which you are using to connect the module.
- Change the dock to a 5V dock if you are using a wall socket.
- try connecting to a different wall socket.
If this doesn’t work try contacting bolt support team through mail at email@example.com I’m pretty sure they will be able to provide a replacement for the WiFi module.

@sangameshwaragowrish I have initiated a replacement for you. So sorry for the trouble. You should get a new WiFi module by next week.
I have send you an email about the same via firstname.lastname@example.org as well.
I think you should take a snap of it and then you should mail it to the bolt iot they surely will respond and will provide new kit if necessary
