The module is connected to the app.
Also it shows that 1 hardware module is connected on the cloud. But I am not able to get any details as in the picture above.
Even both the leds on the hardware module are on and stable.
Open the app in your phone to ensure that the bolt device is registered to you. You can view the device info at the home page of the app. Make sure that you use the same email ID for the bolt cloud account and the app. Try switching over to google Chrome. Hope that solves the issue
