Network setting for ubuntu,VM

I am using Windows operating system.I am facing problem in network setting for ubuntu. The ip address are not matching between the host and VM. I am not able to make 2 way connection between them

Using Vmware,install ubuntu in windows.Go through the video which sir has explained.You will be able to do that easily in Windows.

just follow these steps:

Connect your windows OS to the internet
Go to VM ware and select ubuntu.
Select the wired connection 1 in the network section.
