No one came for pick up

I have requested fo refund for my iot and machine learning kit with order id #India48149. The expected pickup date was 15th August 2022 and it’s been 3 days, no one showed to pick up the return kit. I kindly request you to do the needful.

Currently, the tracking system shows that the pickup was done on August 20th, 2022. And currently, it is in transit. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the kit.
