Not able to acess the account

I am Lokesh . my email id . I brought the bolt kit on 29\12\2019 . even its been more than a week, I am not able to access my account . I tried to contact the support team through gmail but no progress. I contacted the number I have and they informed me to post the quiery . so it would be helpful if anyone help me see through this

@lokeshyama09 I had received the kit on 01/01/2020 (Cash on Delivery). My course access was granted today evening. It takes a bit longer than 2-3 working days I suppose.

But it took 10 days for me and still not able to get the access . I didn’t even get the verification mail

@lokeshyama09 I had tried accessing the Bolt cloud by registering using the same login email. This was when I had received the kit but no course access. Yes, I did not receive a verification mail then. On raising a request token, I was convinced that my verification was complete. All said and done, you do not need to worry about it as Cloud registration process has been explained clearly in the course modules and can be done even after you receive the course access.

Then what should I do now ? Should I wait or feel sad that I lost my money??

Regarding your Bolt Cloud account - As I can see if you have used google login for login into the Bolt Cloud. Visit and click on Sign with google button.

Regarding training access - Our delivery partner may not have marked the order as paid.
Can you please email us at an image of the kit that you have received so that we can verify that the order has been delivered?
We will give you the course access as soon as we verify that you have received the kit.
