Not able to change the hardware of the product

I am not able to change the frequency from 5 minutes and the variables for the pin in the hardware section once the product is created.

First click on delete configuration and then make changes. After making changes make sure to click the save button.

Are you making a whole new product or just modifying the existing one ?

Yes, then you will have an option for deleting configuration at the bottom for sure.

Hi @priyanka0267,

When you create a new product, it is by default not configured.

Once you configure a product and save the hardware configurations, it’s hardware configs get locked, and you can only change them by deleting the old hardware configs.

You can delete the hardware configs by clicking on the delete button at the bottom of the product hardware configuration view.
