Not able to login in my course having order id-#India29061

although providing ri8 email and password and reseting it i m unable to login in bolt could and acess my course

Make sure you are using the same email id that you have entered while purchasing the course, still if the problem persists contact support@boltiot.com.Explain your problem nicely and if possible give screenshots as well.

The same thing happened to me two months ago. I was not able to open a training course on my smartphone, I cleared the google history and reset cookies plus clean my phone; however, I was able to open in my laptop.

In your case,

  1. You can do the same + reset your id-pwd.
  2. Make sure are not making mistakes in upper- lower case.
  3. If still not work then send email to support@boltiot.com or contactus@boltiot.com.
    Make sure you are using the same Email ID as used at the time of purchased.
