I am not able to connect it to the cloud. BOLT1119532 is my Bolt ID.

If you are trying to do the setup of the device again, it will show a message saying that the device is already linked to your account.
hii.try to use the same email-id that you used for logging in bolt iot.
reinsert the usb cable of the bolt wifi module.and try to move your phone little bit closer to the bolt module.or switch off and restart your phone wifi.
