Not able to see my device on cloud

iam not able to see my device on my laptop or my phone.can you please tell me how to solve it.

So, in order view your device on bolt cloud , you have to connect your bolt device to the cloud using the bolt app available in play store through your android mobile phone.
Do follow the steps mentioned in boltiot training,while linking your device to cloud.:slightly_smiling_face:

I have done the same for first time… Later I have removed ownership now I can’t able to do that again.
