I am not able to use twilio by following the instruction given in the course.Can you please send the steps and screenshots on how to proceed with it step by step .

Just follow these instructions:-
First click on sign-up button.

Now after filling the information confirm your mail.

Now add you number ,make sure that it is not in do not disturb list
