Not connected to device

first i had connected the device in my friends account,not i need to connect to my account but it is displaying that access denied

First, unlink your device from your friends account

Then follow the setup process again to link the device to your cloud account

Also, share the screenshot of the error.

Go to from your friend’s account

There on the options tab click on share and over there you have a small cross mark besides the owner role

Click on that and your bolt will be disconnected from your friends account and pair it with your own account
