Not connected to device

first i had connected the device in my friends account,not i need to connect to my account but it is displaying that access denied

First, unlink your device from your friends account https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/unlinking-device-from-your-account

Then follow the setup process again to link the device to your cloud account https://info.boltiot.com/how-to-setup-bolt

Also, share the screenshot of the error.

Go to https://cloud.boltiot.com/home/ from your friend’s account

There on the options tab click on share and over there you have a small cross mark besides the owner role

Click on that and your bolt will be disconnected from your friends account and pair it with your own account
