Not finding my device online

Hey guys,
there’s only one small hitch im unable to tackle out. ie both green and blue lights are in stable state and the bolt network is also registered. but the cloud shows the hardware to be offline.
I tried restarting the network, but didnt turn out to be a good one.
[ihave used 2 mobiles to connect to bolt cloud]

Since when are you facing this issue?

since yesterday. the app also shows the device to have a red dot.
