On 22 dec and still not get my certificate its already more than one week please i need the certificate

I have completed my exams for python on 26th and still didn’t get my certificates. They say it will generate after 48hrs but i didn’t get any. What to do now ??
I couldn’t understand why it is delaying though it is paid course.
