Not picking up the iot kit and not received refund

Sir i have been sending mails and messages regarding my refund and picking up your iot kit sir do checkout my account details and refund my amount.Do fix a date and receive the iot kit sir and i have sent you mails go through it and this is my 12th mail to you sir and you have replied you will investigate within 48 hours but its been a more than a week and didn’t any reply from you
