Hello Bolt IOT, i am Sahil Hussain. I have apply for my refund money but the refund is not received yet. Due to unavailability (landslide near my given address) of delivery boy to pickup the parcel return back from me, they have cancelled it. Still my refund is not received, The courier company have called me and told to rearrange the return delivery of the courier from the company and also i am not able to access the course any more. I have also contact your company staff but they show no interest related to this matter. So Please rearrange the courier return again and refund my money.

Hello sir, Today is 18 of September and still my refund is not received, As I have returned back the courier on 9 Sept and delivered tracking date is 17 Sept but still my refund is not received to me. Please sir refund my money!!
