Not responding regarding refund

Hiiii sir i have been mailing you are not even giving any solution to this problem sir we too have some patience i raised refund on march its almost 5 months do have some concern sir if i mail you at first you said ur not eligible later i gave all the details then u told we will investigate within 48 hours after one month i again mailed you and you told that i need to ship it to mumbai sir please i am requesting you so many times do transfer the amount asap and fix a date to take the bolt iot kit please sir do read this and resolve it atleast respond

Please login to the Bolt Cloud https://cloud.boltiot.com/training and from the training page, create a refund request.

Also choose a dummy pick date while creating the refund request.

Then write a mail to the support@boltiot.com about you problem they will lead you the solution.
