Noticing an Unknown IP on my phone

I am noticing an unknown IP in my email activity, I am getting a feeling that it is hacked. I am desperately searching for a solution. I am in Florida but my IP address (usually this IP checker tool works fine for me) is coming from near Seattle and it is regularly signing into my account through Internet Explorer and Exchange ActiveSync. The IP that is being shown is of my mobile provider and everything else is fine, so it’s nothing to worry to about I am thinking. Should I be worried?
However, I have changed my pass and updated security settings just in case.
