As I can check from the above screenshots, Hyper -V is not enabled on your device. Please enable it from BIOS settings on your device. If you do not know how to do it, please check the manual of your laptop manufacturer. You can also search on google regarding this. There are no common steps for this, you will have to look for steps according to your device.
