Paid for the course but still not able to access the course

I was eligible for the discount on the training of iot and ml and only had to pay for the hardware kit but after so many days of recieving the kit I am unable to access the course and it is also asking to pay some amount for it.
kindly look into the problem.

Please share an image of your kit to support@boltiot.com . After that they will mark your order as paid and then you can follow their instructions for training access.
