I have completed the plant light monitor project and I want to know how to use these values in real world problem.

Hey v1720g,
The values which you have receive is the amount of light falling on sensor. Higher values means higher light is falling and lower values means lower light is falling. By plant monitoring data you can check whether it is day or night so the values determine how much time the plant live in light or dark area.
I think your doubt is clear if something else you want to ask then you can ask without hesitation.
