Problem connection to cloud

Hi. My bolt device shows a stable blue and green light which means my device in connected to the cloud and internet but in my app it says no device added and when i try to test my device using light indicator the light does’nt turn on. What shall i do please help me

Please change the wifi password of your home network and bolt will be disconnected from the network.

Then follow the setup process again, It will show the device id while setting up the device. Device id starts with BOLT*****

Share the device id with me and I will reset your device from my side.
