Problem in activating digital ocean account

I sign up my account of digital ocean,but its stuck on transaction,i tried to pay all ways.but it delined.

Check whether you entered valid details or not. Make sure that ur card can be used for international transactions. Try with another VISA cards which can be used globally. You can check whether the card is golbal r not by seeing ur debit/credit card.
Try using another cards

If are still not able to proceed further, you can use Vmware/virtualbox.
