Problem in Connection of BOLT to phone

There is a problem to connect bolt to my phone app. A caution message is displayed all the time that the mobile phone ( One Plus Six), There is caution message about frequency and also it is not connecting after trouble shooting. When it connects it shows me that device is owned by some other.
