Project not submitting

It does not showing me check box
How can I submit my project

You will have to check the checkbox shown in the screenshot.

You will be able see the checkbox before clicking publish, that is the previous page than you are right now.

There is settings option next to submit for review. Select settings ,then click on document and there u will see the checkbox. Select that checkbox, then you will be able to submit the project for review.
