for certification i need to submit the link of project paper or the link of video? or both?
For passing the Certification Exam you should document your project as per the norms described by Bolt. And then submit the link of that project.
Beside that you just need to showcase the working of your project in a video which shall be uploaded on YouTube. And then you have to submit that YouTube link too.

Video submission is not mandatory for the certification test, but can fetch more marks. Only project documentation and link is must during certification .Video submission is for the Iot and ML innovation Challenge and for applying internship.If video is created,it should be directly attached to the project itself.
