Dear sir/madam,
I had started this course of IoT with my first project on ‘Light Monitoring for Plants’ a month ago (November 2019) ; but even after completing the required steps/procedure, I had stuck to the problem of ‘Product name not getting saved’. Having tried all the possible solutions under the guidance of your team through ‘Bolt Forum’ , the problem still persisted and I have been left with any progress regarding the course.
On account of my academic schedule, I’ve been completely out of touch of the course ; since this month (December 2019) and shall be further because of exams.
Please let me know how should I look up to the course in this scenario for the proceedings like the one ‘Innovation Challenge’ and whether or not it is compulsory to submit the same.
