Refund and training kit return pickup

i have asked for a refund and the date to pickup the training kit was 22 may’23 but your agent has not arrived till today that is 24 may’23 , atleast let me know by when will your agent arrive so that i make arrangements if i am not available or not since the date i was available your agent hasn’t arrived
